This course will explore what happens in the body during Brainspotting. Atendees will learn about:
- The anatomy and physiology of the fascial system – especially relative to the freeze response
- The neurology of pain and chronic pain withing the brain and the body
- Bodyspotting and several new set-ups to assist processing physical issues
- Movement Integration (MI) to support changes which occur in both the brain and the body – for ANY of your Brainspotting clients
In order to take this course, Phase 1 of Brainspotting training completion is required.
