Training Outline:
Trainer: Monika Baumann: Clinical Neurologist, Family Therapist and internationally recognized Brainspotting trainer.
Participants of the training will learn how to use Brainspotting with children, from infants to adolescents. Through videos, demonstrations and practice, participants will learn how to deepen the Brainspotting processing.
By completing this comprehensive four-day training, you will gain knowledge
and be equipped with hands-on tools to be ready to put into practice.
This training will not be recorded.
Contents:
- The attitude of the therapist and therapeutic access – Attitude, challenges, adaptations.
- Brainspotting setup possibilities with kids and adolescents – How we use the setup e.g. Creativity, Double Effect.
- Uncertainty and the dual attunement frame of relation + with the young ones – Uncertainty, Relational attunement and Neurobiology, Research and developmental states.
- Setting – include adults in therapy – Community Settings for Brainspotting „Frame in Frame“.
- Deepen Parts work – Parts work with kids and adolescents, confrontation with the trauma, the child in me.
In order to take this course, Phase 1 of Brainspotting training completion is required.
